In Japanese, Omakase literally means ‘entrusting’. Here it means that you are entrusting Chef to arrange your meal. It is similar to a French Degustation or Tasting menu, only perhaps a little more personalized. We will listen to your likes and dislikes, allergies and dietary restriction, if any, and we will draw upon the best and freshest ingredients this day to create your meal. The best Omakase experiences include both cooked dishes and sushi and may include both favorite tastes and once-in-a-lifetime dishes.
